The Nutrition Month
Celebration is an annual campaign held every July, it aims to create greater
awareness among people on the importance of nutrition that focuses on the importance
of making informed food choices, developing sound eating and physical activity
habits.
This month’s theme is pushing the advocacy to give meaning to each and
every one that they can contribute to better nutrition and physical activity
for better health. A healthy lifestyle is a must for every individual in able
to have optimum health and prevent the onset of diseases.
Being healthy is important and that if we love ourselves,we should love our body that is by practicing a good health habit.Weight management is
applied because it controls the body to proper state, eat enough food but not too
much, do physical fitness or exercise daily to warm up your body and maintain a
healthy diet. Fruit,vegetables and meat are the food that is good to our health.Not everyone deals with these things but the purpose of
celebrating this month will help you that is why this is held every year.
